Bowling Machine Indoor Nets

Terms & Conditions:

1. You have to bring your playing kit (Bat, Pad, Gloves, AD, Helmet, and things which you wear at the time batting).

2. Soft synthetic balls will be provided and it does not affect your bat in any way.
3. Reach the venue 15 minutes before ur session.


Cancellation Policy for Online Booking of Bowling Machine Session:

We understand that plans may change, and we strive to accommodate our customers to the best of our ability. However, cancellations can affect our scheduling and availability. Therefore, we have established the following cancellation policy for online bookings of our bowling machine sessions:

  1. Cancellation Period:

    • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the bowling machine session.

  2. Cancellation Process:

    • Customers can cancel their booking by logging into their account on our website or contacting our customer service team via phone at 9990720412 or email at smashtress@gmail.com

    • A cancellation confirmation will be provided upon successful cancellation.

  3. Refund Policy:

    • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session will be eligible for a full refund.

    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will not be eligible for a refund.

  4. Rescheduling:

    • Customers may request to reschedule their booking at least 24 hours before the original session's start time, subject to availability.

    • Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the original session may not be guaranteed and are subject to availability.

  5. No-Show Policy:

    • If a customer fails to show up for their scheduled session without providing prior notice, no refund or rescheduling will be provided.

  6. Inclement Weather:

    • In the event of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances that may affect the bowling machine session, customers will be notified, and alternative arrangements may be made.

  7. Exceptions:

    • Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances. Customers should contact our customer service team to discuss any exceptional situations.

  8. Policy Changes:

    • This cancellation policy is subject to change without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to customers through our website or other communication channels.
